He holds a six‑year Bachelor of Stomatology from Jinan University, Fellow of the International College of Dentists, Fellow of the International Academy for Dental Continuing Education, Member of the FDI World Dental Federation and Member of the Asia‑Pacific Dental Federation. He serves as President of the Shanghai‑Hong Kong‑Macau‑Taiwan Stomatological Exchange Association, President of the Macao Pediatric Dentistry Association, Vice‑President of the Macao Orthodontic Society, and Member of the Macao Stomatological Association.
